Man: Who is Eric Clapton?

Reporter: (I'm paraphrasing) This year Canadian officials will not use avertisements to inform citizens that they must take part in the census, instead they will only remind them that census time is nearing, then after census day they will remind citizens that legally they were to take part in the census. This will be done in an effort to put citizens at ease, because many people fear that the police will come to their door if they do not take part the census.
